      <image:caption>I live in my hometown of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, where I started running at age 14. I ran cross country and track at Lock Haven University. I eventually fell in love with trail running in 2016 while living in Park City, Utah. Since then, I have traveled throughout the United States and Europe to some of the biggest races in the world. In 2021-2022, I was a professional runner with HOKA. Notable Accomplishments: • US team at World Skyrunning Championships in 2018 &amp; 2021 • 2nd place USATF Trail Half-Marathon Championships • 2nd place USATF Trail 50k Championships • 2017 UROC 50k Champion • FKTs on the West Rim Trail (PA) and Old Logger’s Path (PA)</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The two main things that I focus on are staying happy and healthy. I put an emphasis on improving running economy with personalized workouts to meet your specific goals. I believe that consistency is the main driver to keep improving over time. To me, coaching is more than just a few months of training. I prefer a long-term approach, building a plan to help you improve for years to come. I like to always work toward a goal, even it it’s not necessarily a race. My coaching style is supportive and positive. I can help runners no matter where they are in their journey, from beginners to elite athletes.</image:caption>
